The Original Cardmate lets you build a personalised display around your card. Add artwork, a name or a logo, then check your design before adding it to your cart.

Frame size and included accessories

• Frame dimensions: 14 cm wide × 17 cm high × 1.5 cm deep.
• Included accessory: custom Cardmate feet.

Card and holder compatibility

Designed to fit a 35pt magnetic One-Touch card holder for standard trading cards measuring 2½″ × 3½″ (63.5 × 88.9 mm) with normal base thickness.

The frame dimensions above are not the card dimensions. Contact us before ordering if you need to check compatibility with a different holder or a thicker card.

Personalised orders and returns

Made to your design: no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Each personalised holder is made using the artwork and details you submit and cannot be put back on the shelf or resold. Please check your artwork, spelling, layout, frame choice and card fit carefully before ordering.

If we make your holder correctly to your approved design and specifications, customer-supplied artwork or design errors do not qualify for a return or refund. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match your approved order, or any rights under Australian Consumer Law. See our Return and Refund Policy.

How to customise your frame

1. Select Customise to open the designer.
2. Add your artwork or text and check the front and back of your design.
3. Check the position and size of each element, then add your finished design to your cart.

Dispatch and delivery

Frames ship within 7 working days. This is the dispatch timeframe; delivery time is additional. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

** Your artwork, your permissions. You retain rights you own in your original artwork; Cardmate retains rights it owns in its frame designs. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission for us to print it. You are responsible for any permissions needed to resell your design. Printing does not transfer third-party rights or confirm a design is licensed. See our Custom Design Terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
